If you would like to sign up to sell, choose the appropriate form for your sales. We advertise both vendors on the square and local garage sales, in the towns listed. All instructions are on the forms and on this page, further down after you see the donate button. The donation button is for your convenience to pay your registration fee for a spot on the town square in Ladonia.

20 Mile Garage Sale Registration fee refund policy:
Registration fees are non- refundable.
Vendors are responsible for their own tent, table, chairs, etc.
Spaces are 10' x 10' flex space and reservations/fees are non-refundable!
This event registration process offers vendor spaces without electricity, with 110v electricity, or with 220v electricity. Previously, vendors could reserve an electric space but pay a non-electric rate if electricity wasn’t used. Now, the electric rate applies to all electric spaces, regardless of usage.
For the MARKET ON THE SQUARE, reserve your spot up to seven days in advance.
- WE CANNOT RESERVE SPOTS WITHOUT PRIOR PAYMENT.
- Prices go up seven days prior to the event as seen on the REGISTRATION FORM / VENDOR AGREEMENT document.

Your registration fee payment reserves your spot.
The success of this event depends on all the vendors being set up before 8am and staying till 4pm. This is very important for the shoppers who travel long distances to see you.
BY SIGNING THE REGISTRATION FORM / VENDOR AGREEMENT you are agreeing to the following:
1. Be present before 7:30 am to set up. (Set up as early as 6:00am)
2. Unload and have your car parked off the square by 7:30am
3. Stay for the duration, meaning 4pm so you catch the afternoon crowd as well.
4. Pack up and tear down 4pm -5pm.
Remember: Registration fees are non- refundable.
For the safety of our vendors, customers and volunteers we need to adhere to this schedule.
Spaces marked with red boxes have access to 110v electricity, yellow boxes have 220v electricity.
6-11 are first come first serve for food vendors that need electricity. You will need to bring your own extension cords and material to secure your cord. Thank you!

Garage Sale Participants
Use our online registration process! We accept garage sales in Ladonia, Bug Tussle, Pecan Gap, Ben Franklin, and Dial areas. If you choose to have a garage sale at your residence there is no fee. We only publish addresses and descriptions, but we still need your contact info. Mail or email your info as requested on the form.
